Something to keep in mind:
Our paellas are shared and pre-ordered in advance, just as they’re traditionally made in authentic Spanish restaurants—fresh, unhurried, and meant to be enjoyed together.
Please communicate any dietary needs at least 24 hours before the start of the tour. Any changes to menu items communicated after the 24-hour period may not be possible and/ or may incur an additional charge.
Where to meet:
The tour meets in front of Museo de Artes y Tradiciones Populares (Calle de Carlos Arniches, 3, 5, Centro, 28005 Madrid).
Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour's start time to be checked-in.
Late arrivals will not be accepted once the tour begins. Please see the cancellation policy for more details.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour’s start time are eligible for a full refund of the tour price. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may receive a 50% refund. This policy is in place out of respect for the guides and local partners we work with, as tastings and reservations are arranged in advance.
Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in. Tours will depart on time. Out of consideration for guests who arrive on time, we are unable to wait longer or arrange a mid-tour meet-up once the group has moved on to the first stop. Once the guide has left the meeting point, guests will unfortunately not be able to join the tour. No exceptions can be made.
