Cancellation & Arrival Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour’s start time are eligible for a full refund of the tour price. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may receive a 50% refund. This policy is in place out of respect for the guides and local partners we work with, as tastings and reservations are arranged in advance.

Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in. Tours will depart on time. Out of consideration for guests who arrive on time, we are unable to wait longer or arrange a mid-tour meet-up once the group has moved on to the first stop. Once the guide has left the meeting point, guests will unfortunately not be able to join the tour. No exceptions can be made.
